We are not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers, incorrect delivery addresses provided by the customer, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us promptly so we can investigate.
You may cancel your order before your prescription has been approved and your medication dispatched. To request a cancellation, contact us as soon as possible by email or telephone.
Once a prescription has been approved and medication dispatched, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for dispensed prescription medicines under UK law, except where the product is faulty or incorrectly supplied. This does not affect your statutory rights.
